Halloween Ideas

I am looking for some Halloween crafts to do with the kids.  Crafts geared toward 3-5 years old. Crafts are one of their favorite things to do.. Is there any good links or ones you've done in the past? What about cool snack Halloween recipe's the kids can help make? We love anything hands on! Is there any preschool stuff that they can learn with the Halloween theme. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is a prayer my four year old said last night before he went to bed. He is so adorable. Amazing what kids understand. They are so sweet and innocent.
